So just moving over, I'm handing over to Daryl, who's our director from, our EMEA survey monkey team. Over to you, Daryl. Thanks, Justine. Hi, everyone. I'm Daryl Gibney, and I lead the SurveyMonkey team here in EMEA and JPAC. We're kicking off our collaboration with Jisc today with a deep dive webinar designed for education leaders. I've spent a lot of time with education leaders over the years, and the conversations are always the same. Too much feedback sitting in silos, not enough time to act on it, and the constant challenge of proving the impact of what they're doing. The UK education sector generates enormous amounts of feedback data. Most of it never gets used properly. Student voice surveys, course evaluations, exit interviews, staff well-being, institutional reviews, and application management. All of this rich data can be hard to bring together to inform decision making when you don't have the right platform. The infrastructure exists. The intent is there. What's often missing is the right platform, one that's powerful enough for enterprise use, simple enough for every department, and trusted enough to sit at the heart of institutional decision making. So today, I'm excited to share that SurveyMonkey is now live on the JISC chest platform. Collaborating with JISC means any of their members can now access the world's leading survey, application management, and feedback platform. For education leaders who are serious about turning insights into action, this is the collaboration that makes it real at scale. Whether you're looking to streamline your scholarship applications with SurveyMonkey Apply or conduct high stakes academic market research, this session is for you. We're bringing the best of SurveyMonkey's global innovation to The UK's academic infrastructure. Jisc is the gold standard for digital services in UK higher education, and this collaboration is a game changer for institutions wanting to scale their feedback and application processes. I look forward to meeting and working with each of you and all GIS customers as we help you turn your insights into action and make plans for future growth. And so with that, I'm gonna hand you across to our GIS team with Sean taking it from here to show you how this works. Over to Thanks, Daryl. Hi, everybody. I'm Sian Giddey. I'm a licensing, manager. at Jisc, and it's lovely to be here today. I'm going to give a quick overview of Jisc licensing, talk through the new Jisc survey monkey agreement, and point you to where you can find more information. I'll start with a short intro about Jisc. We're a not for profit organization that supports, The UK tertiary education sector, and our mission is to improve lives through the digital transformation of education and research. Part of what we do is to provide shared services, including licensing to help deliver value for our members. Jisc serves the whole of The UK and our members include higher and further education, and we also support other organizations, including research institutions and charities. You may also be familiar with the Genic Network which is one of our key services and this is used by over 20,000,000 people. Within licensing, we work closely with the sector to address shared challenges and support teaching and learning, research, and day to day operations. We currently manage over 400 agreements all designed around what the sector needs and to provide real value. In simple terms we negotiate with suppliers on behalf of the sector to make things easier and more cost effective. In 2023 to 2024 alone, our agreement saved members over £500,000,000. Alongside the cost savings, there are some other key benefits to our agreements. These are terms and conditions tailored to the education sector, procurement support and due diligence, and a straightforward ordering and invoicing process. We're vendor neutral and focused on getting the best outcomes for our members. Our software agreements are available on the CHESS website. That's CHESS dot a c dot u k. Some of the pages on the CHESS website are behind a login. If you don't already have a login, you can register on the CHESS website. It's quick to do. Once you're approved, you'll have access to all the agreement details. I'm really delighted to say that a new DISC agreement for SurveyMonkey is now available through the CHESS platform. This agreement gives access to SurveyMonkey educational licenses for staff and students. For SurveyMonkey enterprise, you can purchase the number of named user licenses that you need. All platform features and unlimited responses are included. You can also purchase optional integrations, add ons, and services. SurveyMonkey apply is also available, and this is a platform for managing grants, scholarships, and awards. There are additional options and add ons available too. Moving on to the benefits. To highlight the key benefits, this is a three year agreement, but you may also join for one or two years if you wish so there is flexibility. Discounted pricing is available to Jisc members. And for multiyear commitments, fixed annual pricing is in place. Due to the flexible nature of the licensing, extra licenses can be added partway through the year, and these will be charged pro rata. And protections are in place to avoid, unexpected overage charges. Please do visit the CHEST website for full details and specific pricing information. Thanks very much. That's everything from me. Please do feel free to contact me directly if you have any licensing questions. You can also contact, help@gisc.ac.uk, and I'll now hand over to Justine. Thanks, Sean. And thank you so much for, taking us through the, collaboration details as well. So, we have just looked at the benefits, now with Sean. So moving on, we will, have a little bit of an overview over the two, platforms the two products on the platform that is going to be useful for yourself as, part of the education institutes that are affiliated with Jisc. So with your very low key enterprise, the main things here that do, that we do solve in terms of the problems that we do solve for education institutes are consolidating the feedback that you do receive, whether that's from students, maybe your, stakeholders, maybe also in terms of, like, the, the accounts that you do have, making sure that the security there is SSO integration is, seamless. And also when it comes to, the institutional branding, maintaining the identity as well, whatever feedback is needed from student side or maybe lecture side as well. Custom teams and domains, again, the flexibility is there as well. And in terms of the sensitive data, which is ever more important now with HIPAA and GDPR compliance, that is something that we do support on the enterprise platform as well. Moving on to apply. So for managing, grants, scholarships as well, We look at shifting the focus from managing paperwork so you can focus on, the purpose of the education, which is to educate your students and also to improve their experience for them. So with the applicant itself, you're able to manage and create applications using SurveyMonkeyApply, for grants, scholarships, and programs as well. In terms of the reviews, you're able to streamline, the admin work. You have the prescreening and also automated repetitive task is something that we do here is some, something that is solved by the platform quite often from our customers as well. And in terms of managing ongoing programs, we're able to support you with tracking your budgets, your awards, and your trends as well. And if you don't believe us, you can hear from our customers. So we do have, myself and Carolina joining on, which is part of our solutions engineer team. So we will take you through, three of our customers and their experience with using the platform as well. So for SurveyMonkey enterprise itself, we have we are looking here at, BridgeCare Finance itself. So they use data to enhance their community services. So the nonprofit Bill Wilson Center, what their purpose is is to serve marginalized youth and families who are struggling, and they are struggling with, fragmented and data that is low quality, so hard to, understand and also turned that feedback into, action to improve their services and their, programs and services as well. So, to resolve this, the organization looked at implementing SurveyMonkey enterprise itself for, standardizing the feedback they've said they have, making sure that they can understand the demographic and also, in terms of distributing the feedback and gathering that feedback, making sure that it they are where their where their, donors and also where the community is as well. The main thing that, that the platform did solve for them is the the the data through a driven shift, resulted in 29% increase in their rehousing program. So looking at the NPS, successfully, we were able to secure new ground funding, for them as well. So, other aside from that as well, we were able to have develop a three year, strategic plan for them, help improve their internal engagement as well as, improving their communication, initiatives as well. For Carolina, on your end, is there anything you'd like to add to looking at our one of our customers, BridgeCare Finance as well? No. Thanks, Justine. And, yeah, we are, supporting these customers in globally in around Europe as well. I didn't particularly work with BridgeCare Finance, but I'm very familiar with these types of use cases. And I will be on in here in on the chat to take any questions or any, other explanation you need about SurveyMonkey and apply on the education nonprofit scenario. Amazing. Thanks so much, Carolina. And, moving on from BridgeCare Finance as well. We did we do have, some customers from apply as well. So looking at, Whirlwind Charitable Trust. So, their focus again we were looking at shifting their focus from paperwork, the manual work, admin work, to looking at, improving their purpose, shifting their time to, serving their purpose. So, initially, the Burwell and Charitable Trust, they had it disorganized and quite a manual application process. So this was creating a lot of time spent, extra time, you know, spent on just the manual admin work. So without the ability to track their internal system, everyone was buried in their admin tasks. So it was quite hard to, assess and discern the high value applications for the used program. So, to resolve this, they looked at implementing Ceramic Monkey apply. So from here, we were able to help digitize the workflow. From here, it was a lot easier for them to track their applications. And, also, in terms of, separating the high quality versus the low quality applications, the ones that are more relevant. It was much more digestible for the team and also, time was reduced on that burden, and they were able to focus on the due diligence and also improving the quality of the applications as well for young people in, in the maritime and outdoor pursuits as well. Second, customer that we do have that has been using Apply is food and agriculture organization of the United Nations. So, their focus is, making sure that there is, there is a cultivation of the global impact, making sure that there's centralized, transparent, and scalable programs that are being managed as well worldwide. So, the main challenge for them initially was managing their complex global programs from Italy, which was where their, headquarters was located. So it was quite a logistical nightmare. But, in terms of the time they're spending, we'll spend quite a lot on the fragmented systems, so a lot of back and forth, a lot of manual tracking as well. So it was quite hard to scale. And, also, again, we had maintained the transparency and with checking the applicant journey as well. It was quite challenging with international on an international basis. So they looked at SurveyMonkey Apply to, centralize their grants management, also for supporting their agribusiness, services as well and also fellowships. So this is something we do support in SurveyMonkey Apply, which was not mentioned previously as well. So from here, we were able to make sure that everything was unified in terms of digitizing their, their, program management. And that way, collaboration was a lot easier in terms of reviewing and also making sure the requirements were all standard across the board. And also the ground windows, the deadlines, we could meet them a lot, a lot easier and a lot more, cohesively. So transitioning to server monkey apply has helped FAO leadership in real time to look at what the application process was, how easy it is, for example, how transparent we can be as well for those applicant process. And, also, in terms of the international development, progress was a lot easier to share and also to understand data, with the speed and the compliance that they need for their workflows. Carolina, again, is there anything you'd like to add in terms of how, our customers are using apply, just from looking at those two customers? Yes. Thanks, Justine. Yeah. So apply, as Justine said, it aims to remove, a lot of the manual work that, those organizations are doing nowadays. So, the risk with working with paperwork and, various different types of files is that it's very prone to, human error and the the the operation is not always streamlined. And with apply as well, it's not just about applications. What sometimes, customers, not that they forget, but what we often forget to mention is that when when there is an application for a program or for any type of program is that there is continuity after the application stage has been completed. So, would apply your your overview into that applicants experience doesn't stop once they have been approved or declined so there are opportunities in apply for, users to track the progress of the application and even reutilize that application information for future programs and applications as well. So the, other aspects of apply is that it it allows users to remove a lot of the manual work, because of the automations and workflows that the solution, provides. So decision making process can be implemented throughout different stages of the program itself. So if there is an application going through a reviewing stage and you have a strong team of people looking at those applications, they are able to make decisions to eliminate unwanted applications before it reaches a final stage where decisions should be made by, people in charge of the program itself. So this is an important aspect of the apply, not just removing paperwork and manual work, but streamlining the process, which cuts down time and manual efforts as well. Amazing. Thank you so much, Carlina. And that's a great point. Yes. Aside from, reducing the manual work, and streamlining is something that the platform does solve as well. So thank you so much Carolina. Cool. Amazing. So we will move on as well to people and process part of our session. So in terms of, problems that, you know, that we can help solve for yourself as part of the educational institute affiliated with JISC, you do get support on top of that, which is quite important for us here at SurveyMonkey and also, with JISC. So from here, what you do get, in collaboration with Jisk, your SurveyMonkey team would be myself. So, I'll be your main point of contact for evaluating how the platform fits, what you need at the time that we will be speaking, and also, making sure that, you know, it is aligned with your business goals and the projects that are ongoing. Also making sure in terms of, like, scoping and contracting, that's where we can discuss together. Also, any best practices, again, I'll be your point main point of contact. And, of course, next next to myself, we do have Carolina, our solutions engineer. So she helps with, our technical solution, scoping the technical part of our solution, also any integrations that we need to discuss, making sure the platform, again, can scale, can help streamline, and also reduce that, manual admin time wait wasted or spent where it could be focused on on on, more relevant, initiatives that you do have at the institution. And aside from Carlinga and myself, we do have, a customer success team as well. So for example, it's Monica here, is helping with partnering post launch to help optimize your performance. Again, you're not just left, you know, as soon as you onboard. You do get that continuous support to make sure that it's helping you as much as you need where whether, for example, your project maybe changes or you need further support, we are here as well for you long term. And onboarding as well, of course, we do help with that initial implementation as well. So if you do need the training or support with configuring, your applications or maybe, the feedback, managing that feedback, we do have that as well and to make sure it's, at the at a good speed and as precise as you need. And if you do need anything, on top of that, that needs to be bespoke, for example, maybe specific to your educational institutes. In terms of configuration, we have our professional service team where Marcy is a part of, and we help we help with handling your, complex platform bills as well, so making sure that, we can tailor what you need on the for your team as well. So with professional services team itself, as well, I will just go into detail a little bit more onto the support that you do get. Daryl and Carolina, is there anything you'd like to add on as well before I go into a little bit more detail of how we help them in every step of the way for educational institutes? Not from my side, Justine. I think it's really helpful to take our viewers through the whole process from presale, the whole week Yep. onboarding, and then post sale as well. So go ahead and and walk us through it. Amazing. Thanks so much, Daryl. And on your end as well, Carolina, anything to add as well? No. I I agree with Daryl. I think it's important to clarify that, with Apply specifically that, aside from the professional services help, apply being a separate solution is that, it's not just left on the hands of the user initially, which you have an implementation team. There is an entire process of setting up the portal and helping with forming those programs stages with best practices and help with workflows and automation. Professional services team is amazing, when it comes to SurveyMonkey enterprise because they're able to not just offer some training on the use of the platform, but they're able to build and conduct entire, programs for users as well. Amazing. Thank you so much as well, Carolina. And, yes, that's correct. In terms of, like, as Daryl mentioned as well, presale, again, you have me as your point of contact. I'm here with you every step of the way, as well, all the way through onboarding. So, yes, with onboarding and implementation both for apply and enterprise, you do have that support, itself as well. So, along with Caroline, of course, to help us with the technical aspects of the onboarding. So, yes. So with the setup, we have that we we are with you to guide and also to help configure it. And, again, as Carolina mentioned, with the training, if there's anything that is needed, we are there to support you. Although I have heard that SurveyMonkey is quite, user friendly, but if you do need a little bit more support, we do have that. We are here for you as well long term, as well. And also to make sure that it's easy for your team to adopt, especially if it's maybe their first time using it, as well. And once onboarding and implementation, has taken place, again, that support is there for you twenty four seven with the email support and also with phone, aside on top of myself, Carolina, and also the customer success team as well. So, any questions, again, we are here for you. Also, with, the professional services team, they are very good as well in terms of, like, helping with your initiatives. Again, if you need anything specific in terms of, for example, with, helping guide with your strategy, maybe your feedback, again, with the application management that you have. Let's say, for example, maybe if you apply if you have an upcoming program that you'd like to onboard onto the platform, we are not sure quite how to do it. We are here for you if you need that further, support as well. And, yes, so there's customer success team just in a nutshell. We do have the support team. We have onboarding implementation and also professional services and also myself and Carolina before you even, onboard and implement as well. Just a little bit more information on our professional services. What exactly is this, since it can be quite a broad term? So in terms of consultation, we are here to help you with, with that guidance. Again, in that consultation. If you do need that, anything bespoke that's needed specifically for your requirements, we are here to help with that. Also, with maybe if you need help with programming or designing the survey, we are here to help. For example, if you need specific type of logics, also with mapping your journey for your students or maybe your internal, internal lectures that are, that you need to gain feedback from or you need to, you need to manage the applications for as well. We're we're here to help you map that journey. But also in terms of distributing the survey, we have those different options. So we are here here again to help consult with yourself, what works best for what you need right now as well and in the long term. Also, with reporting, we do have a support as well. So learn learning how to, how to tell a story with your data, we're here to help you with that as well, whether that's, as easy or as complicated, and you need to, you need you need that support there. And, also, of course, on a global scale, if you need translations for the server or you need multi language support, we can support with that as well, and that can be discussed, as you need as well. So, that's essentially the support that you would get with us. So, moving on, we will move on to our q and a section. So thank you so much for your, attention to this point, everyone. So, just move the questions. I see there's a few questions in the chat already. Tony, thanks for putting that in, in terms of completing the formal data protection impact assessment. So Carolina has shared that we are able to support, as well. So does anyone have any other questions you'd like to, move to move forward to submit forward as well? And Sean and, Daryl and Carolina and myself are here as well to answer any of your questions. Also, reiterating, Ian, I see you asked a question there about our user licenses as well. So, yes, you will be able to swap them in and swap them out as needed, and it doesn't accrue cost, if you're swapping people in and out. So happy to to help you on that. And if you have any other questions on user licenses, we're here to to help. Yes. Thanks so much, Daryl. I see, as well. Yep. No. That's that's the main questions. Anyone has any questions, feel free to pull them forward as well now. So I know if, we have one question here from Sean that popped up. I think it's one that's common for DISC Yeah. customers. So I'll read it out. And, Sean, if you're there, you can jump on. In terms of the DISC agreement, how does it simplify procurement for EDU organizations? Okay. Yeah. Thanks. Thanks, Daryl. So, essentially, the disagreements disagreement makes life easier by cutting out some of the usual procurement blockers that can slow things down, because we've we've completed much of this work at Jisc for the SurveyMonkey agreement. So that includes vendor and product due diligence reviews. We've checked the data processing agreement to make sure it meets UK higher education standards and data residency requirements. The terms and conditions of the agreement are built on a model license, and they're clear and accessible. And in addition, our centralized, ordering and invoicing service offers a straightforward procurement route. So, yeah, hopefully that answers the question. Thanks so much, Sean, for, the for answering that question that came up as well, and thanks, Daryl, for putting that in. I did have, a few questions as well, actually, that did come up, ahead of the webinar. So, we can answer them, as well, while everyone's putting on more of, questions in our q and a channel. So, so the first question, I think Sean has already answered. For the second question, a question did come up of how would we consolidate the rogue departmental accounts without losing the historical research. So, Carolina, are you able to answer this, please? Yes. I can answer that. So, it is not uncommon that people will have what we call self serve accounts with SurveyMonkey. They typically start with a free basic account, and sometimes they upgrade using a credit card. And there is a lot of data sometimes being collected on behalf of the organization, and there's no visibility from IT departments. And from a security and privacy perspective, that can be a bit of a nightmare. So with SurveyMonkey, because we are, like, all accounts based on the same infrastructure, when customers decide they want to upgrade to a more professional corporate agreement, we are able to, locate those users with, self serve accounts and we are able to communicate that there is a new corporate wide agreement being set up. And if users, want to join in, they are we are able to set up via a single sign on technology to capture those users, especially if they're using corporate email addresses. So we're able to identify those using the email domain. So we're able to bring those accounts and basically upgrade them to the enterprise level. After users agree that they will now have their accounts belonging to the organization and all of its data comes with it. So there is minimal impact on projects that are ongoing. So there's no disruption on live surveys, for example. And, of course, the data and everything else that's being done is carried through with the self serve accounts that now belongs to a wider enterprise agreement. So that ensures there's no loss of historical data. Amazing. Thanks so much, Carolina for that. And, yes, that is something that does come up quite often, so really useful to know. And, thanks for putting that in as well. And our third question is, how does apply replace, the manual email and spreadsheet spreadsheet scholarship process? So, I know we've gone through it in a little bit of detail today in the webinar, but, essentially, for, this question, Carolina, is there anything, that you'd like to add on? Yes. Of course. I can also comment on that as well. So that's that's what apply does. It really it replaces the manual email and spreadsheet scholarship process. Yeah. That's our our bread and butter. So, apply allows you to transition your application forms, requests for uploaded documentation, and back and forth of emails with more requests for this and that. So it's everything centralized in a portal based platform. So the applicants that are interested in any of your programs they can be prompt by you or by your website or by your own internal notifications to access the apply portal where they will be registering themselves and once they're registered they will be able to find programs they are interested in applying for let it be grants or scholarships. So once they access DASH program there are options for you to create eligibility questionnaires as well. So that allows you to sit through some of those applicants that don't have any chance of making it through the entire process. But for those who reach out the application process, everything is going to be online from the applicant's perspective and from the admin perspective as well. So all of the information from application forms, documentation that has to be uploaded, Everything is going to be accessible via the portal, the the the apply platform, and you can choose who will have visibility to watch information. So that helps you make a decision. And in between those, stages of application reviews and approvals or declines, Apply also allows you to set up automatic notifications so your applicants are always kept on the loop. They can be aware of different stages of their applications as well. They can receive notifications for approvals or declines. And as I mentioned, even after the application process ends, there are also opportunities for, users of the platform to continue on, like, following up on the pro on the progress of the application as well. And everything is done online, and a lot of these can also be automated. Amazing. Thank you so much, Carolina. And, really helpful for you to explain that. And, yeah, that is something actually that I have heard before where there's there are some education institutes that it has a mix of, for example, like, paperwork and also online work. So great to see that everything is online, as well. So, on to our next question, with, our reviewer portal. So how does the reviewer portal help the head of admissions ensure ETI compliance? So, understanding here is this question is more so for apply itself. So, on the portal, we do have that option for, blind marking where protected characteristics can be hidden from the academic panel. So let's say, for the head of admissions, this helps them to, report on EDI related to the compliance. So you can be confident on that in terms of, like, you know, when if there's an audit that needs to happen, for example, you can trail how every decision was reached as an example of how we can support with that compliance part of, your workflow. Is there anything that I missed there, Carlina, No. on your you're correct. Aside from from all of those, apply keeps logs of everything, even notification emails that are sent to reviewers. But, one interesting, aspects on the reviewers portal as well is the ability for reviewers to flag if there's any conflict of interest. And there are options within the the workflow that to have this, application reassigned to a different reviewer. And if for any reason, the reviewers cannot see any personal information from the applicants so they have to focus solely on the contents of the application. Apply also offers possibilities for, when you're building a a program that you, keep that information in a specific task that only specific admin users can have access to. Amazing. Thank you so much, Carolina. And that's really insightful as well to, know. So, in terms of, like, the level of control you have over the information that can be shared, which is really cool as well. And our last but not least question is, what does the higher ed blueprint look like for a twelve week implementation? So this, this sounds like a question for apply itself. And in terms of the higher ed blueprint, we don't essentially start from scratch. So our apply platform is, tailored for you, for what you need. So, in terms of, like, the common UK processes that are there, for example, if there's, like, student hardship funds or maybe internal research grants, we do have workflows that is supported for you and and wouldn't apply. We have that support in terms of implementation where we help, we collaborate with you, on what you need and how the workflow needs to look like for you. So that hence why it's twelve week implementation, where this gives us enough time as well. So in terms of, let's say, seeing the return on investment, you don't need to wait a year for, understanding what the return on investment is for a custom build. More so this implementation, you can see it, multiples within a single term, education wise as well. Currently, you know, anything you'd like to add there as well? Yes. So as you mentioned, like, each case is different. There's no really blueprint. However, our implementation teams are very, very familiar with, this specific use case. So if if you're unsure of how to get started or if you need to bring some of the existing process into, the apply platform, they will be able to guide you. And in regards to, like, timelines, the twelve week twelve week implementation is, it's it's plenty of time. So, we our our teams can be in touch with you as, you know, as often. Often not as often, but as soon as you're you're ready to get started. So, yeah, and it's it's a two way road. There's no, no they were not exactly telling you what to do. We want you to feel comfortable, with the process that you have and how it will work with, SurveyMonkey Apply. Amazing. Thank you so much, Carolina. And, just to clarify as well with the twelve week implementation, this is for apply, apply part of our platform. So So with Turbo Monkey Enterprise, this, is does not need a twelve week implementation just to make that difference as well. And that is all of our questions. So thank you so, actually, Justine. I. just need to make sure we we double down on this to clarify. Ian asked. a great question, and I think you've both answered this in different ways a couple. of times already. But he Ian was just asking, is it easy to back up results from old users? So maybe if you can just go over that one again. Carolina, I know you mentioned, for example, self serve users moving across to, enterprise level. And Justine, you'd referenced it a couple of times as well. Yeah. Of course. So, thanks again, Ian, for adding the question, and thanks, Daryl, for highlighting it as well to reiterate. So, yes, in terms of, like, it'd be easy to backup results from old users, it is possible. But, again, keeping in mind, let's say, for example, maybe if those old users are no longer working on the, on the plat on the, sorry, education institute in the company, in that kind of case, like, and there are nuances to it. And, Carolina, if you can, if you can elaborate on that, if that's okay, in terms of, like, you. know. If we're talking about users on the platform and the the enterprise level, because of the type of agreements we have with you, that means the data ownership lays with the company and not the individual. So for enterprise users that are leaving the organization, Admins will have the power to essentially take over that license and potentially reassign that to a new user. With SurveyMonkey enterprise specifically, there are options for for you to free up, a seat or a user license as we say and to have someone, taking that and starting from scratch, but we're keeping the historical data. The easiest way is to simply give that same account to someone else. Aside from taking over an existing account, inside the solution there are also options for surveys to be transferred between accounts. So let's say you don't want to delete all the data, but you still want to give an empty account to a new user, as an admin, you can request the transferring of those surveys to your account or to a different account. And the transfer means everything goes, not just the survey, the questionnaire, or the collectors. Everything goes with the data. And if one of these surveys or surveys are actually live and collecting data, there's no disruption whatsoever. Everything remains as it is, and it starts collecting data from the new account where this the surveys have been transferred to. So there's a a couple of different ways to to achieve historical data and continuity that way. For sure. Thank you so much, Carolina. And, confirming as well, like, since this may, Ian may, may be interested on the apply side as well for this in terms of backing up results for all users. Like, this really depends, like, if it's moving on from an another platform onto apply in that kind of way. Is that correct, Carolina? Yeah. With apply, we are able to help you bring your, say, your applicants database into the platform. We're also able to carry through some registration information with that In regards to application content, that that is a little bit more complex. And typically, if it's from a previous program, you might want to leverage some data from before, but might want to be selective about that as well. So our suggestion is it's absolutely fine if you wanna try to bring your applicant's database and just have them with a new access to the new solution, but then they will start a new application for a new program, based on apply itself. Amazing. Thank you so much, Carolina. And, yes, and if they do need to start again, on apply for example. And, once you do have it, the thing about it is once they do complete the application, it is there. Like, it's all in that one platform. So, again, there's no need to, jump back and forth in that kind of way as well. Thank you so much for the questions and, for, your time again on our webinar. So, what is next for us? So, if you're more if you were, interested in, enterprise or apply, please feel free to contact Sean as previously mentioned or myself, so Justine, from SurveyMonkey. So I've just put in my email address. And, also, if you send an email, please just, confirm what the institute name is and also for which product you're, interested in. And, also, after our, webinar, a recording will be sent along with all the resources that my colleague has put in for our, webinar session as well. So any information there that you're more interested in, please let us know after visiting the Jess website as well. Again, any questions, please send them my way or at Shan's way as well. And I'll hopefully see you soon in our next webinar. But, yes, thank you so much for today, and hope you have a good rest of the day. Thank you so much, everyone. Bye. Thank you.
